Chery Tiggo 8 Pro rear differential whine under acceleration
A high-pitched whine from the rear of the vehicle under acceleration, which reduces when the accelerator is released. The rear differential on AWD models uses a separate oil supply that degrades over time. Changing the rear differential oil with the correct Chery-specification fluid eliminates the whine in most cases. If the noise persists after an oil change, the differential bearings may require inspection.
